1 kg Beef, diced

1. Season Beef with salt and pepper, to taste.
1. Heat Cooking oil in a large pot over medium high heat.
2. Add Beef and sear until browned, about 2 minutes.
3. Add onion, garlic, Chillitos chili Flakes, and cook until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
4. Add in diced tomatoes, Chillitos chili powder/Paprika and 1-2 cups water, making sure to cover most of the ingredients.
5. Followed by our main ingredient, 2 tsp Chillitos red chili flakes & 1 tsp Chillitos red chili powder/Paprika.
6. Reduce heat to low; simmer, covered, stirring occasionally, until meat is tender, about 90-120 minutes.
9. Now our Beef Chillito red chili Powder is ready to be served along with Nsima or Rice.
